Properties of Water and Steam

This calculator allows you to determine the thermodynamic properties of steam. It uses the IAPWS Industrial Formulation 1997 for the Thermodynamic Properties of Water and Steam (IAPWS-IF97). The IAPWS-IF97 divides the thermodynamic surface into five regions which cover the following ranges:

               273.15 K < T < 1073.15 K     P < 100MPa
              1073.15 K < T < 2273.15 K     P < 10MPa
